Your body is likely going into starvation mode because you are not eating the recommended calories. 1. Extra protein is just fine....especially if you are exercising and doing some weight training.....protein helps you build lean muscle mass and helps those muscles recover 2. I would recommend to drink lots of water to help flush everything out....keep your body happy and hydrated!

Coke....diet or otherwise is NOT good for you.....both in the long run only hinder weight loss....avoid it at ALL costs.....I would try 5 hour energy...I've heard good things about them....and they have about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.....just keep drinking that water and eating fruit....those natural sugars…

Haha sad to say, but my hatred over my ex has kept me motivated.....hopefully one day bumping into him again looking, hot, healthy, and gorgeous ...it will make it all worth it.....no, anger is not the best motivator, but it's helped a LOT so far lol.

You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day to not put yourself into starvation mode. This is already a deficit of 800 calories from the 2,000 your body needs as maintenance.
