  • I agree. I did Weight Watchers a long time ago and lost 26 pounds, but found the Points thing difficult to keep up..   • Bolthouse Farms makes these drinks with 40 g of soy protein in them......they are delicious....though high in calories (for the whole bottle of 32 oz.), if you drink only half you still get a great jump on proteing for the day.....they are a great breakfast for me, as I have to be at work by 6:45 am!
  • Was just there recently......Drink more water, step up the exercise, and eat a few things with a little more fat in them....in moderation of course, but likely your body is trying to tell you your not getting the right balance.
