I just love Zumba....just burned 457 at Zumba class tonight! Looking forward to another round!

Just completed L1D10. Burned more calories because for rows and chest flys I moved to 8lb weights and for everything else I alternated between 3 and 5lb weights. Hope I'm ready for level 2...I'm previewing it now....OMG!

I exercise on my cheat days it makes me feel less guilty about eating because I never really eat back my calories burned from exercise.

Thanx it's a constant struggle to get started. Once I get through the push ups I fine. Nervous about starting level 2....I'm going to view it tomorrow after finishing up level 1. Good luck on your shred journey!

Completed L1D9 today. I definitely could have used 8lb weights fo rows and chest flies. The lunges with arm raises still using 3lb weights but I can get through them all.

L1D9 complete one more day of level 1 then onto level 2! So far no days off hopefully I can keep it up!

Me too I'm so excited to get started! My mom is getting married on Sept 30 so I went to try on bridesmaids dresses today. This challenge is going to definitely help me to stay focused and reach my goal by then.

L1D8 done starting to get nervous about starting Level 2. Level 1 is easier but still can't stand doin push ups.

Completed L1D6 I seem to have alot more energy to get through it.

Completed L1D5 today I was actually able to do all of the side lunges with 3 lb weights. Still hate the push ups but try to one set regular and the next set modified. 25 more days to go!

Wow that's great. Currently on L1D4 your sucess with 30DS definitely keeps me motivated to push through the 30 days. Did you complete the progrm in 30 days?

Just completed L1D3 I was sore when I woke up but got through it. Still working on the push ups. At this point I can do 10 of the first set and the second the set I have to do modify push ups. The rest of the workout is getting easier.

I just started on July 4th and I am still super sore from Day 1 and 2. The first day I used 3lb weights and day 2 I alternated between 3 and 5 lb weights. Other post have stated that it gets easier after day 4/5 I hope so because I really want to do the program 30 days straight. Off to do day 3 now!

Today completed Zumba Cardio Party DVD burned 352 calories. I'm goin to keep doing this dvd until I learn the choreography. It is a great workout.

Hey everyone the holiday weekend is over now it is time to kick my weight loss in to overdrive. I started 30 Day Shred yesterday and still continuing to Zumba. Looking forward to dropping another 20 lbs.
