Since joining MFP and tracking my food I have noticed that my sodium intake is way too high. I am usually always on the go and like to eat quick meals which are higher in sodium. So I have started making changes in my diet to decrease my sodium intake.
My first memory of being excited had to be getting my first cabbage patch doll for Christmas. During the summer, I went to a local flea market and my mom brought me one but it wasn't real but I still wanted her. Then for Christmas my mom surprised me with a real one named Abigail and brought me every Cabbage Patch doll…

I would say that one of my favorite smells is the smell of pine. I like to use pine to clean and it also reminds of things being clean. I also love the smell because it reminds me of Christmas. I dont purchase a Christmas tree but I purchase pine cones to place around the house.
Friday QOTD: What is one clothing item that you are looking forward to wearing again or purchasing when you reach your goal weight? I would love to wear a bikini however because of rapid gain weight I have strech marks that I would not like to share with the world. So I'm looking forward to buying a sexy cut out bathing…

Definitely love this thread. I am also a teacher in NYC so I still have another month to go. It is definitely hard to monitor drinking during the summer with all of the social gatherings.

When I decided to lose weight this time around I was 192 lbs. Close to my highest weight. I initially set my goal at 165 lbs and when I reached that goal I decided that I wanted to get back to the smallest I have been which was 158 lbs in 2006. I am now 155 and still would like to still lose 10 more lbs in order for my BMI…

I want to lose weight because I have been overweight for pretty much most of my life. I started my weight loss journey when I graduatedd from college 13 years ago. It has been a constant roller coaster of my weight fluctuating anywhere from the 190's to my lowest weight in the 150's. I want to lose weight and keep it off…

Good Evening Diamonds, I would have to say roller skating such a good workout! I haven't done in a while since they closed the roller skating rink in Brooklyn. So since I don't do that often shopping is definitely next on my list.

I would have to Haagen Daz vanilla swiss almond.....I just love it!

I feel the exact same way started doing the Shred on July 4th. I was doing it straight until Sunday because I didnt see any weight loss. I must say have seen some definition in my arms and thighs so I am going to start back today.

Completed L2D13. Today I wanted to go inside of the tv and slap Jillian. Almost to the halfway mark! I didn't lose any weight yet but definitely can see some definition in my arms.

Level2Day11 complete. I must say Level 2 is hard but I like it better than level 1. The push ups and and lunges with arm raises were difficult in level 1. The planks are difficult I hope that they get easier as I move along level 2. Looking forwrd to the halfway mark. I have done the first 11 days straight hopefully I can…
