  • I went 800+ over on Super Bowl Sunday thanks to my wife's awesome quiche appetizers and Giradelli granola balls. I felt miserable for a day and a half since it had been 4 weeks since I ate that much. Not happening again until our much anticipated outing in March!!!
  • Exercise, exercise, exercise! I have realized now that food was what made me feel better after a bad day at work. I can't be like that anymore. The above poster is right...you are accountable to yourself. Be your best motivator! I have forced myself to replace food with exercise to cope with life's stresses. I hate doing…
  • When I was in my best shape, I would work on both. I started with low weight, high rep sets and worked up to high weight, low rep sets in the same workout. • I do the same thing. I entered it in as 500 calories as I don't want to eat back all if those, anyway, so I figured I'd be conservative. Plus, as I go down in weight, I noticed MFP lowers my 500 by a certain percentage, too. Right now I burn about 490 each session.
  • Sensible Portions Veggie Straws!! They taste like chips and they are like 130 calories for 38 of them. :) Don't know where you live but we find them at Sam's Club.
