It can be a number of factors like salt intake (water retention), calorie accuracy, muscle gain. My best advice is use the mirror. The mirror is the real scale. If you see your self getting smaller, leaner, toned up then its all paying off. The scale just drives me crazy sometimes lol.

I stopped taking mine as well. They messed with my mood. I was always irritable and easily annoyed with anything. I didn't know what was causing this. So one day I stopped taking them and my mood is now back to normal. It could have been something else am no doctor by any means.

Once I started taking zinc every day. I'm noticing I'm not craving sweets after I eat. Also I noticed my appetite seems normal. I was always hungry before I started taking zinc even after I ate. Now I eat and I'm good for a few hours but this is just what worked for me.

Agreed. The pumpkin pie flavor is spot on! I look forward to my oats every day cause of this protein.

My fiancé and I just ordered two bags yesterday. Her creation was steel cut oats, German chocolate cake flavor, shredded coconut ,cane sugar and pecans. I do 2 minutes with a 1/2 serving of old fashioned oats and it doesn't overflow. My microwave power level is set at 10.

I love peanut butter! Its my comfort food thats for sure. I enjoy many brands. Some of my favorites are PB&CO Cinnamon raisin swirl ,white chocolate wonderful, Skippy creamy, Jiff Natural. Most recently I tried Earth's Balance coconut peanut butter. Its a fantastic combination.

I love cereal. I have eaten a whole box on several occasions lol. My current favorite right now is the new peanut butter toast crunch. All time favorite is special k red berries. Puts a smile on my face when I eat it. Its that dam good haha.

I've used greek yogurt for so many things. Its really one of my favorite foods. Its very versatile. My favorite ways is just simply adding protein powder and adding watever mix ins I like. I have a cheat day once a week. Which is also date night with the lady. I dont count the cals. I eat and enjoy! One day a week wont hurt you're progress. It hasn't hurt mine but everyone is different. This is just my take on it. What I do. =D

I love it! I'm also a volume eater and like having my two big meals. My feeding window is 12-6 pm on most days.

Speculoos cookie butter and the reduced guilt chunky guacamole with greek yogurt is delicious! Also their chili lime chicken burgers, pumpernickel pretzel rods, frozen pizzas! I love traders joes.

I prefer nuts, pretzel rods or even some cookies. You can eat anything you want just make them fit into your calorie intake.

I was on a subway kick for years. Than I met my fiancé moved to New york to be with her. She took me to Dibella's and I have not been to subway since lol. Seriously the best subs I've ever eaten. They have the nutrition information online too!

Like others have said ranch mix plus plain greek yogurt. A much bigger serving and less calories.

I never gave up creamer. I did give up the ones I use to buy with trans fat (partial hydrogenated oils). I been using International Delight's Cinnabon flavor no trans fat and quite tasty.
