I use Stevia in the Raw. I use to use Splenda all the time but I noticed I would use more and more as time progressed and I would get huge cravings for something sweeter. Since I started Stevia I hardly get the cravings. It could just be all in my head too but I think Stevia taste better.

Cinnamon Buns, Oatmeal Cookie Chunk and Pumpkin Cheesecake are my favorite flavors. I recently tried Talenti's Sea Salt Caramel gelato I got from Target and OMG HNNNGG!! So good lol.

I take Fish oils and Protein powders I prefer blends of casein,whey,and egg. I also take pre workout drinks which are totally optional. I like a little push when I'm lifting. I take White flood and Hemavol.

Reading this thread made me realize I also have an addiction to ice. I love ice and add it to all my drinks during the day expect for my morning coffee. And I'm also anemic lol. Thanks OP for making this thread.

I've done it without surgery. From 383 to now 187 lbs. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. Lots of trial and error starting out but I got the hang of it and stuck to it.

The possibilities are endless. I use chopped fruits either bananas, apples, berries, cereals, nuts, peanut butter (pb2), sugar free pudding mixes favorites are cheesecake and pistachio, protein powders, Salt black pepper spread over a baked potato or dip veggies into. Raviolis out of the can without warming up. Peanut butter sandwiches with maple syrup. Flamin Hot Cheetos with lemon and salt (yep more sodium lol).

I hardly drink my protein powder. I mix it in oatmeal. greek yogurt, cereal, peanut butter (make a sludge), and I add some in pancake mix.

How many meals your eating? What works for me is the intermittent fasting thing. I don't eat breakfast so my lunch and dinner meals are huge and I feel more satisfied as well. Also upping fats really helped with me with satiety.
