      I'll get a dish out that's a small portion (we have 1/2 dishes that work well) and I'll try to only eat that much at a time. I like B&J because there are flavors that don't have any HFC or partially hydrogenated oils. :-D They taste like real ice cream and don't have the consistency of taffy.

      not ben and jerry's but there's a brand from loblaws here that's red velvet .. yeah I'm screwed as soon as I lay my paws on that stuff. 1145 calories if I ate the entire container. had to check.

      I just had some chocolate fudge brownie fro yo. I find Target has the best price for it in the states.

      Not me. If I want to treat myself to ice cream I stick with something with fewer cals in it like a soft serve cone, Schwanns rasp or orange cream bars or fudge bars. I get that sweet tooth fix and I don't blow my cals for the day!

      I tried to sub low calorie stuff for it and it just didn't taste good enough xD

      Oh yes! Safeway had them on sale last week, 2 for $5 so I bought 4! I've been really good about measuring out a serving at a time now...like someone else mentioned it used to be me, a pint and a spoon...those pints never stood a chance! The new Chocolate Therapy is amazing! And I really like the raspberry chocolater chip Greek yogurt one, too.

      Sadly....i have NEVER had Ben and Jerry's...lol..a friend let me taste a spoon of whatever she was having , a while back...but somehow...i have never gotten a tub of it!! :sad:

      There is hardly any ice cream out there I would say no to eating! Love Ben and Jerry's, although, it is expensive. I also LOVE the Publix Chocolate Trinity. Yummy and much more affordable :)

      Cinnamon Buns, Oatmeal Cookie Chunk and Pumpkin Cheesecake are my favorite flavors. I recently tried Talenti's Sea Salt Caramel gelato I got from Target and OMG HNNNGG!! So good lol.

      LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ben & Jerry's! It's like a little party in my mouth lol...My favorites are Cherry Garcia and Banana Split. When I have it in the house I find that a couple of tablespoons will tame the beast and I'm good to go!

      Those 3 are definitely on my list to try. Haven't been able to find the Cinnamon Buns yet! :(
