Kinny...1 tablespoon is NOT 60 cals...40 grams is 150 cals DRY...1 tablespoon is 6 grams...so 1 tablespoon is 22.5...so im not sure where you are getting your info but this is right off the Quaker pkg ????????????
-

frob...nothing you have posted is correct....your cals are WAY off...
-
frob....where are you getting these numbers ?????????????? 2 tablespoons dry is 12 grams...no where near 120 cals.....its like 45 at the most
-
I have a digital food scale and I use it...thx
-
tell ya what...take 1 tbl spoon dry...add a small amt of water..put in microwave for 1 minute...tell me what you get..I do this EVERYDAY .....your weights and numbers are WAY off

-
Newday....doesnt matter,,,thats what I put on it...
-
im not trying to loose more BUT the way I workout and eat it would seem I would loose more
-
I dont eat 2 tblspoons...I eat 1...today I had 2 because my wfe mixed another 1 in my bean burger...I hope we realize that adding 5 or 10 cals here and there is NOT going to make up the 1000 or more the site says im under everyday
-
if I take 1 tablespoon of DRY oatmeal...add a little water...put it in the microwave how is that any more cals then if I just ate the 1 tablespoon of dry oatmeal ??? Water has zero cals

-
humm where to start>>>I DO only eat a tablespoon of oatmeal just to have something in my gut before running...the cheese I put on my salad IS what I log...just a sprinkle>> I work a regular job NOT a desk job...and the pretzles..I DO have three different kinds I eat...so YES my logging IS accurate
-
And I do this 7 days a week and have NOT missed a day for over 4 yrs...so I need to lie to the site to get better numbers.....

if all you want to do is loose weight and dont car about your cardio health or are too lazy or whatever then just cut cals and yo will loose weight...but for me ...I wanted to be healthier ...ALL over not just loose weight....so I added biking, running, weights into my better eating habits...I didnt really cut cals,,,in fact…
-
I burn 600 or more cals everyday,,,add that to the 2k this site says im supposed to eat ....I dont even come close to 2600 a day...yesterday I burned 1700 cals running then biking in the afternoon...it said I still had 2700 remaining
-
and if you loose weight with NO exercise you will NOT be in the same condition health wise as if you had exercised...
