Any good way to loose love handles
56 yr old male,,at a good weight...workout everyday,,,bike,run,tabatas...7 days a week...I do eat carbs,,,,cant seems to loose the flab handles

Cutting back on carbs but feeling weak
Ok I felt like I was starting to get a guy so,,,,I cut my carbs to 60-to 70 a day but I still run 6 miles a day or bike 20 miles a day everyday...this morning for my run I struggled...felt weak...is it the lack of carbs ? Still fairly low cal 1500-1700 a day

site tells me to eat almost 3k cals a day,,,but I eat half that and still dont loose
check my diary...some days I dont log because its pretty much the same things I eat every day...it tells me to eat like 2900 cals...I eat 1500 to 1800 and still dont loose..these numbers are crazy

think im giving up on the gut flab
im always under on my calories..ive upped my runs to 8 miles...I dont log everyday because I pretty much eat the same thing everyday...my weight is stable but the flab stays no matter what...in added in weighs....I run or bike at least an hour EVERY day 7 days a week....weights and resistance 3 times a week

I've been holding at just under 140 pounds but the gut flab doesn't budge. I run 5 miles almost everyday and added in weights and resistance training but the flab remains. I'm 5'8" tall and 55 yrs oldand just under 140 pounds...im fairly skinney all over and with clothes on I look thin...but the gut is there

im at the weight I want to be and have been...I exercise at least an hour a day...I run 5-1/2 miles at an 8 pace...I bike 25-30 at 17-18 mph avg...I do weights and resistance exercise 3 times a week...I am under most every day on my cals eaten...but I still have a slight paunch...seems like it souldnt be there im 55 yrs…

Anyone have a good Tabata timer for BlackBerry ?
I have started doing Tabata. Im doing it running, after warm up run as fast and hard as you can for 20 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds...Do this 8 times for a 4 minute workout that is better than a 40 minute run !!! I am looking for a good timer to download with sound

Ok im 54 yr old male and I usually exercise 7 days a week...most times my hr is between 125 to 137....now I read that if I was to keep my hr lower more bun would be from fat...but ive also read exercising at higher hr burned more calories for a longer period of time ???

morning or afternoon workout ?
I usually do my workout ( run or bike) in the morning....Now my weight seems to have flatlines I wonder if switching to afternoon may work to jump start me again....im at 142 and I want to be 140 even...mental I know :) I do cardio 7 days a week and mix in weights 3 times a week..
