cant loose the gut

im at the weight I want to be and have been...I exercise at least an hour a day...I run 5-1/2 miles at an 8 pace...I bike 25-30 at 17-18 mph avg...I do weights and resistance exercise 3 times a week...I am under most every day on my cals eaten...but I still have a slight paunch...seems like it souldnt be there
