I usually do my workout ( run or bike) in the morning....Now my weight seems to have flatlines I wonder if switching to afternoon may work to jump start me again....im at 142 and I want to be 140 even...mental I know ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I do cardio 7 days a week and mix in weights 3 times a week..

If you are having a bit of a plateau, then jumpstart things again by changing your routine/workouts/times/food/types of food/times of meals etc.0
