anybody tried intermintant fasting to loose belly flab

Ive been reading where alot of people are doing it and it works...I cant seem to loose this no matter what I do,,,it just hangs on...

    IF doesn't cause you to burn belly fat. it's just an eating style where you eat in a smaller window. Lowering body fat % is the only way to get rid of the belly. But you also have to have enough lean body mass to have a defined stomach.

    Since you just started logging, I would recommend doing it for a month, have a good weight lifting routine and use a food scale for accuracy.

    I started but for me its just a more normal eating pattern than a bunch of little meals.

    I didnt "just start" ive been logging and lifting for years....I dont ALWAYS log because most days are repeat
