I'm sure running has given you great legs that power you through your workouts! But if you really want to try something else as well I've found jump roping kicks butt! After a week I saw major toning differences! Just a suggestion!

Hey I'm cheap too, definitely not purchasing his app. Just using the site, the plan is free http://www.halhigdon.com/8K/8kint8.htm Unfortunately I don't have an iphone, I did buy the Nike + chip though for my ipod that I plan on using it for training. Thanks for the advice!

Hal Higdon it is, looked up his plans and he is great! Starting with an 8k plan and the half marathon is in March, that's plenty of time to build up I think. Ready to start!

Thanks everyone! All the races in Tampa aren't until the winter time since the heat is so gruesome! But I'm going to start my training this week and see where it takes me!
