  • @ katiellen7 from what I have read.....and from all of these responses, YES you should be eating more. at the very least, your net calories should be the same as your BMR!
  • @chvy88grl - you are in the exact place i want to be! i am also 5'4' and i am 31, and my weight has been stuck at 151!!! i eat a net of 1300, maybe i need to eat more like you and things will change!

  • I just got the FT4 and also love it! It really helps to not 'guess' your calories burned! I have a question about washing it.....do you guys just use some soap and water or do you actually put it in the machine? I was worried about doing that as it says do not spin dry....but doesnt every washing machine automatically spin…

  • sorry...forgot to ask @crisanderson27, with the zigazag, do you mean 1500 net calories consumed, or is that what you consume not counting the workout? sometimes this whole concept of net calories really confuses me! maybe i could try zigzagging a little.....thanks for the tip!

I added an extra day of strength training and took out 1 day of cardio. I tried to change my running to run in intervals so I wasn't at the same pace the entire run. That chocolate…
