Eat your BMR?!
I am wondering how many of you guys eat your BMR in attempting to lose weight? I have heard this before from Jillian Michaels, and it seems a few people are doing that and having success.....so I just wanted to take a poll and see if you are, and if not...how much higher or lower are you going?

Exercise with Baby Videos??
My sister is looking to lose some weight after just having a baby, and she is trying to find videos that may include holding the baby in a sling, or anything baby friendly. Do any of you know of anything like this?

Ladies 5'4'....help me get out of the 150s!
Ladies......for those of you who have broken the 150s.....how did you do it? Calories per day and exercise per day....Im getting so fed up bouncing up and down and reeeeeeeeeeallly want to get into the 140s!!! I fought so hard to get 151 and find myself back at 155. So hard!

Ripped in 30 Level 2 - Less Calories Burned?!
Has anyone else that uses a HRM found that level 2 of Ripped in 30 burned less calories than level 1?! I was so shocked, it was only about 30 or so, but still......the workout was waaaaay harder, but the burn was less!

Quick Question RE:calorie intake
I just started logging food and exercise here.....where it says your daily goal - should you be eating that entirely? I notice alot of people are 'under' their goal for the day when they complete their diary for the day.

polar HRM possibly wrong?!
has anyone ever had their polar be wrong before, like too high? i walked today for an hour and 13 minutes (in the higher end of my fat burning zone for most of it) and was really surprised to see it say i burned 578 calories. i cant believe walking would burn that much! i have a polar ft4.

increase cal/fat
I have been increasing my calorie consumption in hopes of breaking a plateau, but I find that the extra calories tend to be from nuts/nut butter/oils.......so my fat intake is also increasing. Is this okay? Any good ideas for increasing cals (good healthy cals that make you full) but aren't full of fat?
