Ripped in 30 Level 2 - Less Calories Burned?!

Has anyone else that uses a HRM found that level 2 of Ripped in 30 burned less calories than level 1?! I was so shocked, it was only about 30 or so, but still......the workout was waaaaay harder, but the burn was less!

I haven't done Ripped in 30, but maybe your heart is better shape now and it doesn't have to do as much work to keep up?0

I don't have a heart rate monitor yet but I agree with you. Level 2 had sweat pouring the whole way thru every single day. Not really sure what the deal is there.0
