increase cal/fat

I have been increasing my calorie consumption in hopes of breaking a plateau, but I find that the extra calories tend to be from nuts/nut butter/oils.......so my fat intake is also increasing.
Is this okay?

Any good ideas for increasing cals (good healthy cals that make you full) but aren't full of fat?

    Protein heavy foods like chicken, Shrimp, ANY fish, and lean meat is perfect for what you are looking for. You can take a look at my diary if you like.
