I am a huge Jillian Michaels fan....I love her videos.
I just wonder though, how does it help your weight loss to do the same videos all the time? I know there is some change from one level to the next, but I just wonder if this is enough to lose weight (and ive seen some really amazing before and after results on here).

I guess my typical routine is to do NMTZ 1 X week, RI30 1X week, 30DS 1X week, yoga meltdown 1X week and then run on the other days......is that enough. I thought variety was key?!

When you do these videos do you do any other types of exercise? Just curious because I am in a plateau, want to break it (using this videos is new for me, usually i just run and strength training on my own, no video)......so I thought if I did something different everyday it would be ideal.....but maybe not?!

    Check out her book Making the Cut. I checked out a copy from the library and am finding it very interesting. It's especially for people who only have 10-20 lbs to lose. You might find it helpful!
