I tried to stick with the 30 day shred and just couldn't. Busy lives so it was impossible for me to get past day 15. If you can find time to exercise and eat smart the weight will come off.

Don't give up! I have stopped on day 6 or 7 in the past but determined to finish it. Each day you will get farther than you did the day before. Just hand in there. Quitting is the worst you can do for yourself :love:

I have tried 30DS 2 different times and couldn't get past day 5. I really want to stick with this and make it the full 30 days. Finished day 3 and didn't know if I could do it. But, I did. Those who have done this before, you are the ones I am looking to for motivation so I know it can be done!

I have netflix as well and can't find exercise videos. Where do we go to get them??

People at work noticed after about 25 pounds. It was a great feeling this week after I hit the 30 lb lost mark when I got 4 compliments in 3 days! What a feeling to know this is worth it!

Jillian has been kicking my butt, but since starting the porgram on July 1 I have lost 18.75 inches in just 2 weeks. Awesome!
