I work 11 pm - 7 am . I bring ALL my food with me. I spent $63 on a sports bra and it was the best thing I every did. Go to your local running shop and talk with one of the girls who work there...I need to get another one since I only bought one and when that one is in the wash i have to double up.

Pack up the left overs and send it home with your friends...and only take one peice and cake for left over for the next day and send the rest with friends...That is what I would do.

I am no doctor, but your migraines might be frm giving up the caffine in the pop. I know that happen to me when i gave them up but after about 5 days I was ok.

A package of instant oatmeal and about a tbsp of peanut butter...keeps me going until I get home after the gym then I have a shake.

Frozen banana and strawberry trop 50 orange juice and 1tbsp of honey to sweeten it up. there are lots of great ideas on here now I can't wait for the morning to try them.

that would be a meal for me. I would sautee up all the veggies with a little extra virgin olive oil and some Mrs Dash and mix it all up together. That is how I usually make my pasta or a will put a little pesto in with the veggies or just add all the veggies to a jarred tomato sauce.

I say go for it! I have a hand gun my husband has 2 and not the mention the number of rifles and shots guns in the house. But my husband is also a SWAT officer so that might be one of the reasons why we own so many.

Well I work the graveyard shift..so my eating is all over the place. I work out when i get home at 7 am then eat breakfast, then a while later i go to bed, then eat dinner around 6 or 7 pm and i have my lunch on my lunch break at work usaully around 4 or 5 am .

I started yesterday. I am doing it twice a day. Hopefully that will help me keep with it this time. last time I did it I only did it for 5 days an was noticing a huge difference in my inches. I use 3 lb weights but I have like no upper body strengh so hopefully soon i will be able to bump up to 5 bls. stick with it!

I have a co-worker like this..I go to our gym upstairs during lunch get in a quick mile on the tredmill or the eliptical then come back down and eat my lunch people think im crazy but this is not the only work out i do during the day. and I eat super healthy too. they call it my rabbit food.
