So I started 30 DS on the 10th -- well I had surgery on my mouth on the 12th and I am just now able to work out again. So I am going to be starting it over today. LVL 1 Day 1. Anyone else starting soon or have just started?

my first NSV!
I wear a button up shirt for work as part of my uniform and it was really tight around my butt and hips well today when I put it on...the button doesn't look like its about to pop off if i take a deep breath. Its not much but with 2 pounds down and a better fitting work shirt its a plus for me.

Working over night and having trouble
I am pretty good about eating all my meals in the day. But when I sleep from 9 am to round 4 pm and eat around 6 pm i am starving by the time Its midnight. I get 1 15 min break around 130 am and then dont have my "lunch" break until 530 am. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem when you work over night . and any…
