NEW MOMMIES...help

Hello all you new moms out there , I am needing some help. I just had a baby in January and even though i am back down to my pre-baby weight, I am carrying it very diiferently these days. I am still nursing my son and need to start working out again. I am worried about taking a dip in my supply if I work out to hard to fast. Any advice for me would be great. Thank you!
