What do you eat or drink or whatever after a work out? I am needing ideas.

Any one of the following:
-Nuts & seeds.
-Berries & Greek yogurt with a tbsp of Kashi Go Lean Crunch.
-A tin of octopus stew (ppl lol @ me for that, but you can't beat the protein in octopus).
-100g of my home grown sprout mix (adzuki, lentil, chickpea, fenugreek & wheat).
-A maple walnut Clif bar.
-A protein shake (or a high protein Ensure if I'm out of protein powder).
