So I started 30 DS on the 10th -- well I had surgery on my mouth on the 12th and I am just now able to work out again. So I am going to be starting it over today. LVL 1 Day 1. Anyone else starting soon or have just started?

i may start again soon, it hurts my knee and calves though. any tips on how to prevent this?0

Um the only tip I can really give you is a good pair of shoes. and I do my workout in the living room on the carpet and on my yoga mat... If the pain gets to bad you should see a doctor0

I think when i started it before i was in my lounge and i was doing it bare foot, i have now got new running trainers (for my half marathon coming up) and i am thinking i will start with the shred along side training (with my trainers on) and see if that helps!!

The Burnham half i think it's called. £20 to join and you don't have to raise money for charity - so no added pressure there.
Looks like i'm starting the shred on monday lunch time with my mum now! then i will hopefully do Insanity after that.0 -
wow that is awesome. a couple of girls I work with started that program but could not keep it up. they are going to try again in a couple of weeks.. How is your 30 DS going? I skipped today which is horrible but I was so sleepy and I have an 8 mile training run in the morning.0
