ok so totally got on the scale this morning and weighed 176...no idea how i gained back 3 pounds but hopefully it will be gone next week (sorry for the delay we had major things going on this weekend at work and most of my time was spent there)

I like this.. I am already doing 30 DS -- I plan on doing Zumba at least once a week as well. and I am triaing for a 1/2 so my mileage is up there .

I Love our Kinect. We have Your Shape and Dance Central, we also just got UFC trainer its still in the package might have to break that out this week and check it out.

wow that is awesome. a couple of girls I work with started that program but could not keep it up. they are going to try again in a couple of weeks.. How is your 30 DS going? I skipped today which is horrible but I was so sleepy and I have an 8 mile training run in the morning.

Um the only tip I can really give you is a good pair of shoes. and I do my workout in the living room on the carpet and on my yoga mat... If the pain gets to bad you should see a doctor

I usually eat under. I never try to eat just enough It will make me crazy if I try to get to that number. I also dont eat back my excerise calories I just eat thats all

I had a meeting with a nutritionist and she said what ever you drink, drink the same amout in water.. 1 cup of coffee = 1 cup of water this is what I try and do. and as long as you are not drinking coffee in crazy amounts like 8 9 or 10 cups a day i think you will be ok.

My husband is a Police Officer in Texas and I work for the same agency as a Police, Fire, and EMS dispatcher. I drink cherry vodka with serria mist naturals -- or any kind of vodka and some kinda light juice like Minute Maid Light lemonade or Ocean Spray diet.

I am right there with you. Its hard to figure out how to eat on this shift. Like I am at work right now. I just had a snack and get to eat again at 530. But i will more than likely skip it so I can eat with my Husband before we go out today. I try to eat my lunch at work at 530 am which means i take a break at 130 am and…

I wish I could take a hot bubble bath and then go to bed.. But I am stuck at work for the next 8 hours and going to try and not binge while I am here. I have my fish for lunch and a workout planned for the morning so hopefully that will keep my focused not to eat everything in the kitchen

This is how I do my intervals -- its a total of about 25 min workout... warm up walk for 3 min at 3.5 mph , then a 1 minute run at 4.0 mph then back down to a 1 minute walk at 3.5 mph..and so on every other minute is a walk, I take my speed up to about 7.0 mph... do this to 20 mins then about a 3 or 4 min cool down.
