You can make your own 150cal packs with anything. Wheat things, almonds, pistachios. Try bringing in baggies of carrots, red/green peppers, celery w/ laughing cow cheese or peanut butter, rice cakes with peanut butter are good too. Kashi Chocolate Coconut bars are great, fresh fruit, air-popped pop corn, jello, edamame -…

The edamame one is great. At first i got nervous that the Tahini had taken over, but has terrible as it sounds make yourself wait a day to eat it, or a few hours. Then all the flavors can seep into each other. Much better! Enjoy :)

Welcome aboard! This will be of great assistance to you. Anything you have questions about feel free to ask!

Try this one: It's from Women's Health and tastes awesome, better the next day! Edamame Hummus Soybeans turn this traditional pita-bread partner on its head, and they're brimming with hunger-satiating protein and fiber. For a zesty kick, stir in 1/2 tsp sriracha, a Thai hot sauce found in your grocery store's condiment…

Skinny cow is the best! I am so so so glad they moved into the candy market as well. How can you beat their awesome tasting snacks with such low calories! The Dreamy Clusters are so great!

Awesome! Way to bring it for the entire program! Now you are ready for your P90X t-shirt! Good luck on your cross training!

Another 5:30am workout buddie! It's tough getting up and working out that early alone... but doesn't it feel awesome? You have your entire day and night ahead of you, its great. I workout to DVD's too and think how did I go to a gym and hang on an elliptical all those times? Boring! haha As far as eating - I will support…

Your picture on your ticker is so cute!

SoBe Life water has some zero calorie options and they are good! Try Yumberry Pomegranate. Around me they are dollar each - great deal! If you drink your coffee black it will have less calories. From what I am finding its about 5 calories/serving! Those Real lemon packets are AWESOME too!

Power 90 is a good beginners workout. I did that and had results. I've also tried WII Fit and used EA Active as a beginner.

@mamakay43 Your not alone, everyone on these threads is here to support you. Remember that. It sounds like you've had some trouble but are on the right track now. Have you tried looking for a group class to exercise with or finding local classes you can attend? You may make some friends in the process. A few girls from my…

Three day diets aren't recommended but have you thought about a 3 day cleanse with Shakeology? It can help kick start your weight loss goals. http://tiny.cc/1tm6h

Try this thread: http://tiny.cc/9e96p I can help you decide if TurboJam is the best choice for you.

Awesome progress so far. Keep up the good work!

The Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred? I haven't tried that one, but I have tried her Wii games and found them to be terrible and her protein powder as well.... It doesn't shake well. I don't think any of her products are winners honestly.... Consider P90X 90 days to be shredded or even Insanity - that's only 60 days

I'm with Stooo P90X has worked wonders for me!

A girl I used to work with did this and lost the weight but she had restrictions on the food she could eat. For example, cut turkey breasts into chunks, only a certain amount at a time. Had to eat six small meals (which isn't a terrible thing) and i believe she had to drink over the 8 normal glasses of water a day. As soon…

I know how you feel about gaining weight in college.... gotta love 1am pizza deliveries! Good luck towards your goal, I am positive with the support you will receive on here you will do great. I am doing P90X for the second round and have noticed intense changes in my body, message me to chat workouts

Great! Always weigh yourself in the AM, its the best time because your body hasn't settled yet. Remember muscle is much denser than fat which can cause the numbers on the scale to not move as much.... Keep at it and I am sure you will reach your goals in record time!

Are you exercising with your diet?

First - Thank you to you and your husband for the services he provides and the support you give him. I am sure you will do great on this journey and there are so many people here with great tips, support and anything else you may need. I too am working on the last 10lbs of weight loss and toning to get to my goal.

Believe it or not I work out in my pajamas. I get up at 5:40 and do about an hour of either cardio or strength training a day. The winter is very hard to get up but once you are moving you start feeling great! You also have the entire night after work/school free to do as you please without a workout looming over you. I…

If there is a fridge in your hotel room hit up a local grocery store to stock up on fruits and veggies. If there are buffets start at the salad section, add some protein and you are good to go! Vacations are hard for me too! I am heading to St. Maarten in 2 weeks and I am trying to plan things out ahead of time. Another…
