Hello! I am 4'11 and I am once again back to lose some weight! Feel free to friend me. I am currently around 160 and I hope to get down to somewhere between 115-120. Looking back a pictures I think that is a good weight for my frame. Good luck with your weight loss goals.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind. I have completed the first month but only once. I have started a million time though. I always find a reason to not get up and do it. I am going to decide what day I am starting by the end of the day and post it. Then I'll have to do it. :smile:

I started to eat this way mostly for weight loss, but will keep it as my "diet" for the health benefits! It's crazy how sick you can feel and not even realize it. I love this way of eating!!

I have the same issue! I can't stop weighing myself! I started just by reducing by once a day. I have gotten down to only once a day. I am still working on only once a week, but it is really hard. The longest I have gone is two days.

Yes we plan on keeping meat, but in lower quantities. We eat mostly venison, but we will still eat other meats. The more I learn about the effects of meat and dairy on our bodies the less I want to eat them. It just seems daunting to change our whole way of eating. I can't see us eating raw foods all the time.
