I am putting it out that officially I am starting Insanity next Monday February 3rd. Anyone else that is starting that day we can make a little group and support each other. I have a coworker that is going to start it with me as well! Very excited!!

This may not sound like a lot but I have lost 7.6 pounds. To me this is amazing because usually it takes almost two months to lose that weight and I am ready to give up! I wanted to start T25 tomorrow and was also looking for someone would would do it with me. I am not good at keeping up with workouts. Changing to a Whole Food Diet
My husband and I have been looking into moving towards a more whole food diet. I have found some good websites and other good links, but I was wondering if there were any good cook books out there. It sounds small but it is really huge for me! There was pizza at my sons Cub Scout meeting and I didn't eat any of it. It's so hard for me to pass up pizza but I just proved to myself that I can do it AND I'm really not missing anything. :bigsmile:

How do you guys handle healthy fats in your diet. I had peanut butter this morning and a nut snack mix and I do not have much fat left for the day. Funny NSV for me!
My underwear is too big!! I haven't lost a lot of weight yet but I'll have to go shopping this weekend! I decided to wear a dress today because it is so hot so the falling of the underwear isn't fun but still makes me feel good!! :laugh:

Anyone Hiking this Weekend?
I can't wait for the weekends to get here, because not only am I off work but I also get to go hiking!! Best workout and stress release ever!!
