Quick Ideas for Workouts

Hello! I have been doing the C25K workout in the mornings, but with full time work, part time college and a family I am not finding time to workout. I have to get up super early to run and that is fine, but I have been staying up past 11 so that I can get my homework done. I can't get up at 5 and run if I am not in bed until after 11. And I do homework on my lunch break and pretty much all evening after work. On the weekend I can spend time cleaning and doing other things around the house, but during the week I am having a hard time finding time. What are some quick things that I can do during the day to add some calorie burn. I already park far away and take the stairs. Thanks! :flowerforyou:
