My final semester is almost coming to a close!!!! :drinker: Once classes are over I am going to be adding Insanity back into my life. I've been eating paleo for a little less than 2 months and I love it. I tend to not be hungry first thing in the morning and I don't usually eat until 9:30 - 10:00. When I add Insanity back into my day I will be working out around 5-5:30 in the morning. I've read both side of eating or not eating before intense workouts. I was wondering if anyone had personal knowledge of what works better. I'm more inclined to workout and then eat since my body will not be fully awake and once I workout my stomach will not be functioning as it normally would.
Just as a little extra I love the health improvements that I have been gaining from the paleo lifestyle!!

just give it a go and see what works for you. i like doing cardio fasted, but have a hard time doing weights in a fasted state. as far as insanity- i did it a few years back and did it at 5:30 AM totally fasted and just ate after with good results. i got nauseous if i ate or drank anything besides room temp water right before working out.
edited: my roommate did insanity with me... if she didn't eat prior she would get dizzy and pass out. i think its cause she ate a SAD diet (paleo now!!) so maybe she needed to get her blood sugar levels back up?0
