Dates. I soak them in water, make a paste by blending them for baking, combine with almonds & cacao & orange zest to make truffles, use the soaking water as a sweetener in coffee... They are pretty awesome!

Good job :) I sneak in a container of chopped up celery, cucumber and sprouts and a sparkling mineral water usually.

Pasta. I love pasta way too much; found it easier to just not eat it than to try and eat very small portions.

Fresh herbs make them taste yummy. I like egg white omlettes with fresh thyme, basil and flat leaf parsley, a pinch of dried tumeric, salt and pepper. Can also add finely diced red capsicum (bell pepper) and shredded kale.

Frozen grapes, frozen banana whizzed in the food processor with a bit of cocoa, greek yoghurt & berries blended & then frozen into popsicles, dark chocolate, hot chocolate made from rooibos tea/a teaspoon of coconut sugar or rice malt syrup/a teaspoon of cocoa and a dash of almond milk.
