  • I am in my second week of the 8 week shred option. Workouts are awesome and I’m so sore. I feel stronger already! Diet is key, though. You won’t lose the fat or gain the muscle unless diet is on point. Go for it!
  • Add me! :) I've been doing keto for five days and have already lost 7 pounds :open_mouth: (probably just water weight...but it's still super motivating!)
  • Look up "eat to perform" or "iifym". I am following the eat to perform method. Lots of yummy food to build a strong body AND lose fat that will stay off. Slow and steady wins the race. Yes, just causing a calorie deficit no matter what will make the number on the scale go down. But without proper fuel, you'll be losing…

  • FlatOut! Light Original wrap with PB2, grape jelly, granola, 1/4 banana, and a few strawberries. Roll it up and it's delish! About 250 cals, good protein and fats. :)
  • I go to Title Boxing Club on my off days. The conditioning from that has majorly improved my running. I'm running faster and further than I did when I was 50 pounds lighter! It really helped to build my core and legs. Sometimes my runs are a bit sluggish, especially if the boxing workout was really tough. Just need to…
  • Hey there! I run about 3-4x a week doing between 5-10K each time. I also box at Title Boxing Club on my off days. When I got back into the groove after baby, I started with only boxing 5 days a week for about 6 weeks. As soon as I started running, I noticed major improvement! I was running better than when I was 50 pounds…
  • Thanks for the advice! My fitness goal is to shed the pounds and tone up. I'm finding that I'm losing inches, but the scale will not budge! Not sure if I'm not eating enough or what. I'm really going to focus on what I'm eating and figure out what the issue is.
  • I go to a Title as well. I wore my heart rate monitor for one workout. Then I just made my own and called it Boxing. I logged 565 cals in 60 minutes. I think I'll wear the monitor for each trainer, since each one has their own routine. That way I can get more accurate. I just hate wearing that thing all the time! lol
  • Well, it all depends on what you are losing. If you're losing actual fat and losing inches you'll see a difference. If you're losing just water weight and lean muscle mass, you might need a bit before you see it in the inches. So up that strength training and really focus on building muscle! :D Good luck to you!
