I used to enter my Beachbody resistance workouts as circuit training. You can also create your own workout in the database.

Here is a person asking for help and most people are only criticizing her choice of exercise. Nice

Hi there! Congrats with starting Insanity. I've done many Beachbody programs, including Insanity. The best advice I can give is to do your best and forget the rest. If you can't keep up with the people on the DVD, don't sweat it. Use the pause button if you need to. Eat to workout, don't workout so you can eat. With a…

I don't know much abut the Jillian DVDs, I've only ever used Beachbody programs, which come with a schedule. Did the Jillian one not have a schedule of it's own?

Then I encourage you to check into it before judging.

Great program. Did it at the beginning of this year. Doing P90X2 now. Push play and dig deep!! Best of luck!! Joe

Hi! I have done many of these programs including Insanity, P90X, P90X2, et. The shakes may be Shakeology. It may seem over priced, but when you consider what's in them, they are very worth it. I have one for breakfast every moning. It works out to about $4.00/shake. You can't buy a happy meal for that. They are very…

Shakeology. Fast, easy and full of super foods, vitamins and minerals from all over the world.

Exactly.

Do P90X and all you need are dumbells/bands, a pullup bar and your own body weight.

Recovery week doesn't mean I do nothing.

Hi guys, I am a Team Beachbody coach and have done many of their programs including P90X and Insanity. On the Team Beachbody website, you can get hybrid P90x / Insanity workout sheets. If you don't have an account on Team Beachbody, I can set you up with one if you like. Keep pushing play guys! Joe

Hi There! I have done all of these programs. Insanity, although there are some push-ups involved, is almost pure cardio and not much else, but it is great program and very tough. Congrats on finishing it!! P90X is a more well rounded program including muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular and…

Chocolate Shakeology!!!

Thanks! I workout early every day before breaky. That way it's done and over with. I'm making up for missing it yesterday. Usually Sundays are either a rest day or a recovery workout like strecthing or foam rolling. Do you usually workout later?

Chocolate Shakeology. Healthiest meal of the day and quick to make!

Way to go, man!!! Keep Pushin' Play!!!

Bang on!! Exercise makes you fit. What you eat makes you healthy.

LOVE P90X! Doing P90X2 right now for the second time! X2 is CORE city!

Not needed if you can get ALL of the servings of proteins and veggies a day that the experts say we should. Have you ever tried Shakeology?

Hello, I have done many of these programs, including P90X and P90X2. If you eat clean and with the proper portions, you should be fine. As a matter of fact, the nutrition guide for X2 gives a lot leeway as to what to specifically eat and relies more on portion control. Hope this helps! Joe

I've done several, but P90X and P90X2 are definatley my favourites!

Hi, Have you considered a home workout program, like 10 Minute Trainer or Power 90? They both have resistance training, but also incorporate stretching, yoga, cardio and so forth. I think the best routines have variety. It helps to get you fitter overall and keeps you from getting board with the program.

Hi ang_pena, Have you considered a home workout program?

Have you ever considered a DVD workout program? Weather doesn't matter and there are programs available that require little to no equipment, depending on what type of exercise you like doing.

I have done many of these programs, including P90X, P90X Plus, P90X2, Insanity and Body Beast. Try Power 90. P90X stands for "Power 90 Extreme". Power 90 is a good way to start, or even 10 Minute Trainer. I prefer the P90X programs because there is a lot more variety - resistance training, plyometrics, yoga, kenpo. I found…

I like Shakeology. It has a lot more great stuff in it than just protein too, but it's not inexpensive. You get what you pay for.
