I am a little strange that way, I worry too much at times! I guess running along a main road where people are driving past. I don't know... I am thinking i should just get out there and do it!
-
Thank you both - so you think I should just go for it? I could get the I-pod out too - I do love running just never done it on my own! Need to burn off some lunch calories!

I do Zumba at a class and have played the Wii version - I don't think it is as high impact as the proper sessions but this is just my opinion on the matter.

I had a can of Relentless the other day and changed my settings to include sugar. As I scrolled down... I nearly died! It took about 50 sugars... so put me off!!! :)

I'm a Brit - there are loads of Brit foodies on the food section. I am having a hard time understanding the American type foods but it's a good conversation starter :) Feel free to add me - my diary is now public too :)

Having read the forums, I ordered the DVD last night and it's dispatched today. Hopefully be here tomorrow but might not. I'll be too late to start - but all the best with it. Never heard of it before but willing to try these things :)

I had 50g of crunchy oat clusters with tropical fruit 100ml semi skimmed milk and a cup of tea :)

Good old fashioned sit ups and also the twist ones where you put your elbow to your opposite knee (if that makes sense?!) That's what's helping me remove my muffin tops lol

Sent you a request, I am new too! :)

west midlands - add me :)

In fruits they are natural sugars and the right kind to eat... 700 calories a day is not good though. You need to eat your allowance or you'll burn out especially if you are exercising on top of that! Keep positive :)

I have a Zumba workout which is about an hour long... I pick 4 favourites to do every other day... it can be a challenge but once you get into it, it's fun. I also do skipping and running through the week to break up the dvd.... remember to have a day or 2 off so it doesnt become a chore! Keep positive :)

I tend to go for my own mix as bottle varieties are full of fat and all kinds of additives. I use a squeeze of lime with black pepper (which sounds simple and boring but is really nice) or I tend to add a splash of olive oil with seasoning. Both are simple but tasty!

Congratulations and Happy Birthday!! Truly inspirational :)
