Good luck I am on day 11 today and loving it! It is hard work but stick with it as the results are fab! I have lost inches rather than weight!!

There are also 'quick calories' which you can add if you can work out an average of what was in your food. I don't tend to use this but it is there. I try to add what I have had and do an average!

I totally agree - just being accountable for clocking in online has made me soooo much more aware of what I am eating now and what I was eating before. It totally makes sense as to why the fat creeps on!! Well done on making the change, I am proud of you and I :)

I only count pure water and I don't log my cups of tea in that count! I think I am drinking too much actually but it's quite addictive!

"Pick yourself up and try again!" As others said, if you don't have much to lose then it will take more time! Be positive and remember to keep going!

I log mine at 195 but others i have seen up to 250-300, but its more strength than cardio I think :)
