Thanks Leanne - it's the first time I have done the Race for Life and running was hard work, we had to stop a couple of times to catch our breath, so next year I plan to RUN it the whole way. Thank you - yes we all are erratic at times and to be honest we need to be - we are human and sometimes eating out with friends doesn't mean we have to eat a lettuce leaf! I'll send you an add if that's ok :)

Well having done many exercise DVD's I am currently on my second day of 30DS and it is killing me. I love how she tells you to keep going just when you think you should stop. Having seen the pics in this forum or the before and afters... Jillian gets my vote! (even if I can barely walk today thanks to her LOL)

I started today and man am i inspired - these results are amazing!!! I am going now to get the dreaded bikini out and taking some pics!! Results in 30 days - keep up the good work!!!!!

I agree - I am only 4 days into this fitness plan and have had to totally change my ways... breakfast is the most important meal of the day and your body needs it. Once you get into good habits you will not binge eat because your body won't be starving. **Change is good - embrace it**

Thank you all for your feedback, that's great. Add me if you are doing it too and we can be in pain together haha! I have some weights somewhere in the garage I will go and have a look. The DVD was only about £5 so cheap really. Thanks - think I will get it on and give it a go!

I do my usual workout - the exercise helps the cramps. Drink plenty of water and I cut down on bread as it bloats me more.
