I fell off the wagon right after Thanksgiving. Not logging in my food, not drinking my water and exercising so I shouldn't be upset for the weight again. My goal is get back to 1. Logging in all food 2. Drinking water and limited diet drinks 3. Exercise for 30 minute each day I hope to loose three pounds by the New Year

I lost one pound this week, nine more to go. I went over calories today with Pizza and Beer! I'll do better tomorrow.

Hi guys, Well I fell of the wagon. It stated with a wedding in July and ended with a funeral in August. Both life time events involved FOOD ! I gained all the weight back that I lost during the last challenge.:cry: Todays goals are: 1. Log food in 2. Water Zumba 3. Drink water

I started last summer. I can waist and hip hoop. I can keep it up for 30 minutes. It takes time with a lot of practice.

I'm starting today. I have 19 days until the end of March so I will exercise one and a half hour per day. Now that the time has change I can get a good hour of walking after work and I'll do a exercise video in the morning.

To keep up with my grandchildren, seven years old and 22 month old. It's that 22 month old that has me saying " Man, I need to get in shape !"

I wished I read your update earlier. I was just at Walmart and never thought about walking All the aisles. That's a great idea especially since the temperature was 100 degrees today.:glasses:
