My boss brought cakes, pies and chocolate covered nuts last Friday. I ate my lunch and drank two glasses of water. Good evening tingle2, I'm in! I have not touched my hoops in a very long tome. I am thinking about a year? I'll start by keeping the hoop going for 10 minutes per day and work from there.
