If it isn't either 1) actually intended to be done as exercise or 2) extremely unusual in duration or effort, then no. So, cleaning the house, weeding the garden - no. Digging up flowerbeds for 3 hours, or walking through Carlsbad Caverns - yes.

If you'd make your diary public, we could give you a better response. That said, I can do dinner for 420 calories fairly easily.

The best option for working out will ALWAYS be the workout you'll actually do. If breaking it up means you'll do it more faithfully and with more gusto, break it up. If doing it all at once means you can schedule it into your day better and thus do it more faithfully, then do it all at once. doesn't matter how, when, where…

I love cardio. Burpees? Different story.

There are 70 and 80 yo ladies that do Zumba at my gym! Our classes range from 22 to 82! Seriously! I'm 40 adn LOVE LOVE LOVE Zumba and can rock it better than many of the college girls.

Well, I actually DO roll out of bed at 5 ... AM. My *least* concern is how I look. My biggest concern is getting a good workout.

I thought of this too, but usually a loan can 't be made on a property, or an interest in it be sold, whiile there are outstanding taxes. So the friend would have to pay the taxes first - which he doesn't have the money to do. So this looks, unfortunately, like a not logistically possible option.

After a particularly painful 8 miles yesterday, a friend reminded me that the 'bad' runs are the ones that make us enjoy the not-so-bad ones.
-
BWAHAHAHAAHAH! (particularly funny since I'm in training for a half in April)

You're a runner.

Not without a legal, court-defendable agreement that provides the investment property as collateral.

It's not allowed at my gym. No bare midriffs.

is the BodyBugg possibly subtracting your BMR already? So, maybe you did burn 720ish, but you would have burned 200ish without the exercise, so BodyBugg adjusts for that? I'm just throwing out ideas ...

They aren't *extra* calories. They are calories your body desperately needs to function properly.
-
This. 502 calories wouldn't sustain a fly!

Also want to add. While one may think exercising would make you tired, you'll find that after doing it regularly, you have MORE energy. Even now, when I'm close to goal, I have way more energy on the days I get up early (515am) and workout than on the days that I sleep in and skip the workout.
-
Absolutely. I have more energy, sleep better, have less back pain, have fewer migraines, and less heartburn. this was after losing 90 pounds - not the measly six show in my ticker, lol.
-
My usual is: bfast - 200-300 calories snack - 75ish lunch - 200-500 snack - 50-100 dinner - 400-800 For a daily goal of 1200-1600, depending on my workout.

I'm a supporter of weekly. If you wait until monthly, and you're overeating or something, you wouldn't know it until a month in, and that might be too late to make the changes, kwim? If you need to adjust your calories or plan, you'd have wasted time. I lost 90 pounds a few years ago. I weighed weekly. It worked very well.…

nice dinner (but a healthy one - tonight is pork loin, baked sweet potatoes and roasted cauliflower) wine movie or game night with the fam sex ... lol and sleeping in on Saturdays
-
I aim for 6 days a week and am satisfied if I only get in 5. If I'm sore (but not injured, just sore), I push through it - but don't do anything to risk injury.
-
As an OSU fan, I could get behind that! lol

Even the healthiest, thinnest, never-been-overweight-a-day-in-their life person will have weight fluctuations. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
-
Fajitas - without all the accompanying crap salad without the shell tortilla soup barbacoa or shredded beef or carnitas are a better choice than ground beef

A Thai chicken salad: cold cubed chicken, lettuce, cabbage, red onion, cashews, a spicy oil/vinegar dressing; edamame; hot tea

We buy almost exclusively from iTunes. We did, however, rip all of our CDs and import into iTunes, so we had thousands upon thousands of songs before we ever spent a penny.

Why do you want to cut out all sugar? Unless you have a medical condition, fruit sugars aren't bad for you.

ORANGE .... glad to see so many pokes fans here.
