I have done almost the same thing! Started back up a couple of months ago. The scale has moved a bit but would like to see it move more. We can do this!

I know the feeling. I have lost a lot of weight before but like you said confidence got the best of me and I gained it all back. I know now that this is something I will always have to work at and I am ok with that. Thanks!
