Here is some photos I've put together to show my progress... There were some pics that were worse, but I couldn't stand looking at them myself, let alone think of showing them to others! Yikes!!! I sure didn't realize I let myself go!!

GW: 135 (working on building muscle now, not sure if I'll loose numbers)
Daily Calorie goal 1510.. I eat my exercise calories, so I usually eat 2000-2200 cals a day.
