Oh I am so excited! I ordered Turbo Jam last week and it was delivered yesterday. I'm trying it tonight for the first time. Glad to hear such good reviews!

Have some friends over to share it with you! Or bring it to work for all to enjoy. You'll have fun celebrating your birthday and get to enjoy it too....just not the whole cake. Happy Birthday!

That's great! That's the point of all of this....to feel group and live a better healthier life! Way to go and keep it up! :flowerforyou:

Thanks for the info! I'm a huge fan of the Asian salad with the reduced-sugar dressing. Yum yum. Black bean soup is good too and filling.

I got a Nike HRM on ebay last week and only paid a little over $50 for a new one in the box. Works really well and is easy to figure out. My sisters have the Polar ones and like them too. Good luck!

Try this website. I just started jogging myself a couple weeks ago. It starts out pretty easy...but they say not to over do it at first or you'll get sore and frustrated and quit. I'm only on week 2 and I can already feel a difference. And I think I'm actually going to like running! Good luck!…

One piece won't kill you. But just make sure it's worth it. If you'll beat yourself up about it the rest of the day I'd say it's not worth it. Be strong! If you decide to have some...that's ok too...just do extra workouts tonight. I can usually talk myself out of the really bad stuff when I realize one piece of…

Oh, and if you have a Whole Foods Market near you it's awesome. They are the BEST and clearly mark everything in their store. They also make the best bread I have found so far next to making your own. They have lists they will print up if you go to the Customer Service of all GF foods. Great place!

I was diagnosed almost a year ago. I have tons of info to share. Yes, the health foods store has lots of stuff...but it can get really expensive too. It' s hard at first but gets easier. Eating out is the hardest part for me. Here's some helpful website I've found so far. I live in Houston so this website if very…

Instead of grabbing the food. Take a walk around the office or walk a couple flights of stairs. Your endorphins will help you feel better and beat the craving. You won't want it anymore. You're not really hungry...just bored at work! Good luck!

I DVR'd it but haven't seen it yet. Watched my DVR's Gossip Girls from last night. ha ha. I'm 28 and love watching this teeny bopper stuff. Guilty pleasure!

Does anyone in the group have celiac disease? I was diagnosed with it a few months ago and it's been quite a struggle. I can't have any wheat or gluten in my diet (basically most processed foods, bread, pasta, beer, cracker, cookies, cake, etc). You would think it would make weight loss easier...but I have found I'm living…

...is my favorite place. For you folks that have access to one, they are packaging hummus and sliced veges and it's really good and filing and low cal. And just $3.50. I had it with black bean soup today for lunch and feel awesome. Lots of fiber and lots of nutrients and low cal!
