I agree. My most success has been eliminating breads (processed grains) and sugar. Currently I have jump started with the Dukan with proteins and vegetables, and feel great. Unfortunately I am also under my calorie goals daily, but I feel great, have energy, and never hungry.

I used to drink a lot of diet soda until I read the connection between carbonation and bone loss. I've been diagnosed with osteoporosis, and on meds for years. Have you investigated the Dukan diet? High Protein, low fat, no bread.... it has helped me get a jump start.
