Great job ! I just bought myself a new pair of jeans - the old wash and tumble dry shrink was no longer working. When I zipped up a pair two sizes smaller it felt like a miracle.

This...we only have a small freezer. We buy a lot of fresh fruit and veg in our weekly shop, and it takes a serious amount of planning to avoid wastage.

I don't have a HRM so use MFP's figures of 20 mins of circuit training (I don't count the warm up or cool down). There is also a formula that I found in an old thread :- 30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour you would burn and divide by 3…

Interesting ! I've done 30ds twice - the 1st time 6 days out of 7 and the last 4 out of 7. I think I benefited from the extra rest days the last time. Just starting the 3rd round, definitely interested in mixing it up with the other workouts!

I have either 1 or 2 servings of the Holland and Barrett Precision Engineered Whey Protein. They are around 100 cal a serving and for the chocolate this gives you 20g of protein. I mix it just with water which keeps the cal down. :wink: I can't compare it to others as it's the only brand I've bought but I like it and they…

That is what I do. I am also doing 1200 + exercise cals, and I do my work out after work at around 7pm. I prefer to eat more during the day, having a snack around 5pm so that I have enough energy to do my work out. I then have a lighter meal and protein shake after. :smile:
