I'm struggling with my knees a bit too - I'm just trying to land as softly as I can , and if they're really giving me trouble I squat and box it out instead. Hope you're feeling better soon - It's amazing that you've kept going even though you're not feeling well. :flowerforyou:

Fantastic ! Yeah my upper body strength has improved dramatically since day 1 ...I could barely do a girly push up then now I'm on to full ones , only getting about half way down , but i'll get there ! it's thanks to all that planking !! haha, yeah , me too !

^^ haha, yes i have noticed some bust shrinkage of my own, though in my case i am actually quite pleased about that. I did level 2 today. i had heard it was a big step up, so was expecting the worst. It was tough, but not unachievable. There are definately some tricky moves in there but feeling ok about doing it tomorrow.

Yep , did it, found it tough after a crappy day at work. I'm noticing a huge difference from day 1 too - it truly is ammazing how fast our bodies can adapt !

I'm not doing anything else - this is a kick start back into fitness for me. I think I may struggle if there is more high impact in level 2 & 3 - if that's the case i'm going to add the exercise bike in to make sure i get my cardio....
