Just done mine -im finding the side lunges tough too - i've gone down to wrist weights for the sake of getting the form right. im not a regular weigher anyway but im not expecting to lose doing this - tbh im not bothered about weight i just want everything to firm up !

The summer a lot of my friends got married did it for me ...endless hen do and wedding pictures and I hated every one of them. That , and the realisation that I was buying a *lot* of shapless , baggy, clothes - some of them in up to 3 sizes too big in an attempt to hide my figure.

i use the browser extension when on my laptop to do most of mine - you're right i don't believe that works from phone or ipad. hmm, not sure if there is an easier way if you are browsing using your phone etc ... i am not too familiar with "read it later" but perhaps that sort of thing might work better for you ....sorry i…

Hi - I use it a lot too - I just wanted to check you are using chrome as your browser and have the extension installed? it works pretty well - though i have to do a bit of copy pasting on some sites. also i think i'm using the recipe book template they have set up - hope that helps!

Agreed. I don't weigh - at all. I know it's going to take time for my body to change , right now I'm concentrating on eating well & exercising. I feel better and I can see my shape changing. I'm happy with that. :-)

What a great thread !! I love how everyone has different goals and ideal shapes! I'm 5'0 - my current goal is around 120 lbs / 8.5 stone. I'm not too bothered about weight though , I'd just like to look leaner and more toned.
