No i don't have a cheat day i do as you said, work it into my calories or work it off with exercise. Cheat days make me feel like its a "diet" and its not for me.

Managed to find a calculator online which uses weight,sex and heart rate so thats a plus :) I read somewhere it counted them but turns out only the FT4 does..wish i had bought that now.

I weighed had a 1.2lb of extra fluid and its gone back down in 3days(Since time of month began), it is upsetting but its mother nature..and it does go back after a few days :) Oh and to answer i do log it, if it falls on my Weigh in day.

I know how you feel since having my Son my stomach is saggy and full of stretch marks :( I am holding hope that with toning and abs they will improve..i can dream can't i? Great improvement in 2months :)

I love her! She is very inspirational and REAL which is hard to come across on youtube in general. Done a few of her videos but they kicked my *kitten* big time! So im going to do 30DS and then try some again, Oh i still read her blog daily(Very good for inspiration, pep talks and recipes) :)

Im starting it today but this time i will finish it, only ever lasted a few days previous attempts. Remember someone saying Jillian recommends 6days with 1 rest day, im going to do it everyday. Im not sure on whether to still do my everyday 30mins cardio though? and other strength training aswell?

I was a light smoker but i too was worried about the weight gain, i have been smoke free for almost 3weeks that first week i lost 4lbs. Yeah i use the hemp one and my god it really is foul..i am yet to find a way to hide the taste, i just have to throw it back and imagine its strawberry milkshake. I too would be interested to know about a protein shake that you just add with water and milk like a slimfast shake..hopefully someone on here knows of one :)

I add slices of lemon to it sometimes..sort of 2 birds one stone. when the weathers nice i make a jug of herbal tea..with all my favourites like green tea,oolong tea and maybe a fruity tea such as raspberry add lemon and ice if its a really hot day. Oh and I make it with hot water but let it cool before i add ice haha.

I followed this diet years ago, lost weight really fast, but had zero energy and i did indeed put it all back on. Main downfall is the price its roughly £40 odd a week! I remember having to check a urine sample everyday to make sure i hadnt slipped into Ketosis.
