I'm not recommending it but you can lose about a lb a day on a juice cleanse, I lost 6lb on a 3 day one.

Thanks everyone so much for your help! I'm definitely one of them who constantly worries if I'm doing enough or the right exercise, I normally enjoy running, HIIT and lifting weights but with my final Accountancy exams this month I'm really lacking the motivation, I love walking recently though! I will no doubt do more…

Hi I'm Steph and I'm from Liverpool. This is my first attempt at walking 100miles in a month! I'm averaging about 2.5 and 6 miles a day with my Fitbit, I really hope I can hit 100 miles by April 1st!

I'm 5'5 and my goal is 139( Pre-pregnancy weight) and then decide when I get there if I want to go to 133( my weight when I was 3 months pregnant, morning sickness! )

Thanks, Fitnessfrog says 1600cals too. Low carb never worked for me, I'm always just under my % on here for carbs and fat but always over with protein. I finally feel happier about this way, quick fix diets will depress anyone :laugh:

Thank you both! I've done 1200cals before and not just being able to not think I was so moody and very hard to live with! Using both your advice and reading the refresher, I've found 1600cals a day is where I should be at.

Trusted way as in eating less and exercising more, a lot of people don't follow MFP guidelines of 1200 calories a day, one shoe doesn't fit all :)

I really like the look of p90x i don't have a pull up bar though, would that be such an issue? I love the look of insanity but i do have asthma so I'm not sure my lungs could handle it, iv built a bit of muscle doing 30ds as well and I'm thinking if i do insanity with it containing no weights I'l lose the muscle?

Interested in this aswell, im 150 trying to get down to 140(pre-pregnancy) and finding this last 10 really hard to shift.

Just finished day 1, will do it again Thursday and then Saturday. Think im going to do Pilates or Zumba twice a week as well and have Sunday completely off.

Lose last 10lbs or push it to 15! but they always say the last few lbs are the hardest and im really seeing it.
