We'll split the month into 4ish weeks starting Saturday 1st, a new topic for each week (Week 1, Week 2, etc)

So I have a question.... this may be a silly one, but I just want to make sure I am doing it right. Do we only count the miles we walk when we are exercising (like on the treadmill), or if we have an activity tracker that counts up all of our steps, miles in a day, so we use that total number? Thanks!!!0

And second question.... I do not understand how to do the ticker. I went to the link given to create the ticker and followed the directions up to the point where it tells me to cut and paste. Where on MFP do I cut and paste it into? I'm sure my teens could figure it out in a heartbeat, but I'm lost! :-)
